On the 10th February 2026 Neutral Precinct was fortunate to have Meredith Trevalyn Jones as a guest speaker and presented on the subject of the NSW Governments Low and Mid Rise Housing Policy. She used current examples which are happening right now in Neutral Bay and were of great interest to all attending.

In February 2025 the NSW Government announced Low and Mid Rise Housing Reforms to take effect from 28.02.25
The Neutral Bay area is heavily affected by these changes which relate to 171 sites over Sydney, all near transport. The ABC report on this is here: –
